2. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to:
- All counties within Kenya
- Nairobi same-day or next-day delivery
- Major towns and regional centers within 1–5 business days
For deliveries outside Kenya, please contact our support team for assistance.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you immediately with updated delivery options.

- We occasionally offer free delivery promotions, clearly indicated during checkout.
- If your location is outside standard courier zones, we’ll contact you to arrange alternative delivery options.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You’ll receive an SMS or email with tracking details.
- You can track your parcel through our delivery partner’s tracking portal or contact us directly.

7. Delivery Methods
We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers, including:
- Fargo Courier
- G4S Delivery
- Wells Fargo
- Speedaf Express
- Local motorcycle riders (for same-day Nairobi deliveries)
Customers may choose store pickup (where available) or home delivery.
8. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:
- The courier will contact you to reschedule.
- If the package is returned to us, you may be required to pay a re-delivery fee.
- Orders not claimed within 7 days of attempted delivery may be canceled and refunded (minus shipping costs).
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your items.
However:
- If your package arrives damaged, please inspect immediately and report within 24 hours of receipt.
- In case of loss or non-delivery, contact us and we’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue or issue a replacement/refund.
10. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return (see our Return Policy).
